Reformer pilates classes are held at our Ulsoor Lake studio. Hot yoga, mat pilates and the cold plunge are available at both studios.

It depends on how often you plan to practise: new to hot yoga — start with the 4 Class Intro Pack; 1–2 times a week — a 20 or 30 Class Pack; 3+ times a week — an unlimited membership offers the best value.
You can book classes through our website or mobile app. Log in to your account, browse the schedule, and reserve your spot. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Every pack converts into interchangeable credits — one credit equals one session, redeemable across hot yoga, reformer pilates or cold plunge, up to the pilates cap on your pack. Unused pilates credits stay usable for hot yoga or the plunge.
Reformer pilates is our premium, capacity-limited modality, so each pack sets a maximum number of credits you can spend on pilates group classes. The balance is always available for hot yoga or the cold plunge — the cap simply protects reformer availability for everyone.
Yes — our class packs can be shared between up to 3 people. Not all packs are shareable (for example, the introductory 4 Class Pass is a personal-journey pack), so check the description on each plan.
Unlimited plans let you bring guests to try the classes. You get a fixed number of guest passes per membership cycle, and you can give a maximum of one guest pass to any individual.
Unlimited plans can be paused — longer terms include more freeze days. Intro and credit packs run for their fixed validity window. Check each plan for details.
We require cancellations to be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pack.
Yes, beginners can absolutely do hot yoga. You don't need to know yoga poses, be flexible, or have prior experience to start — hot yoga is designed to meet your body where it is. The heat plays a key role: by warming the muscles from the very beginning, it helps the body move more comfortably and safely, even if the poses are completely new to you, so you still receive the benefits without needing perfect form. Classes are guided with clear instructions, breathing cues, and options to modify or rest at any point — move at your own pace and focus on how your body feels rather than how a pose looks. For many beginners hot yoga feels more accessible than traditional yoga because the warmth reduces stiffness and supports mobility. Come as you are — the heat, the guidance, and the consistency do the work.
